Myanmar's remote Shan State struggled with frequent mobile network outages as 32 telecom towers relied on unstable grid power and aging local generators. Shandong Gensyn Top Power Co., Ltd. provided 45kVA diesel generators, ending the disruptions.
The mountainous region's erratic voltage (fluctuating between 180-240V) damaged tower transmitters, causing 12-18 hour daily outages. Gensyn's units, with built-in voltage stabilizers and low-oil auto-shutdown, maintained steady 220V output. Their 28-liter fuel tanks enabled 72-hour runtime, critical during monsoon season road closures.
"Network uptime jumped from 55% to 99%," said the telecom operator's regional director. Remote monitoring flagged a failing alternator in time for pre-monsoon repairs. villagers now access emergency services and mobile banking reliably. "These generators transformed connectivity," he added.
